The coolest months to travel are between November and March, with temperatures high in the summer months between May and September throughout the country, with the exception of the south-west. Experiences

The birthplace and spiritual home of Islam, many visitors arrive here to make the Hajj pilgrimage or Umrah visit to Makkah and Madinah, just a few hours inland from Jeddah. Situated on the Red Sea, Jeddah is Saudi Arabia’s second largest and most cosmopolitan city, due in part to a millennia of welcoming millions of pilgrims from all over the world. The Al Balad district, the heart of Old Jeddah, makes for an attractive visit, with the beautiful coral architecture of historic buildings shading the busy souqs. Visitors can take a pleasant stroll along the North Jeddah Corniche, and explore the city’s growing international reputation as a destination for great shopping and dining. Jeddah makes an ideal stop for scuba divers drawn to the first class dive sites of the Red Sea coastline. The home of Arab culture can be explored in Riyadh, the Kingdom's political, financial and administrative capital, set amidst the Tuwaig escarpment.

Areas of Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia opens its doors to a captivating fusion of ancient tradition and bold modernity. Visit Riyadh for futuristic architecture and heritage sites, explore the Red Sea coastline in Jeddah, or journey to the monumental rock tombs of AlUla. Desert adventures, vibrant souks, and compelling cultural festivals await. Visitors discover authentic Arabian hospitality and a land of stunning contrasts, where history meets transformation.
