Introduction
The beaches of Cyprus are well known for their varied appeal to nature lovers, families and party goers alike, but this Mediterranean beauty has a lot more to offer, from hiking across pine clad mountains, exploring Roman ruins at world-class archaeological sites to sharing a traditional meze platter in an atmospheric taverna.

Experiences
The Troödos Mountains are not only home to Cyprus’ highest peak, Mt.Olympus, and some spellbinding coastal views, but their forested slopes also reveal a series of pretty cobblestone villages, terraced orchards, Byzantine churches, and monasteries. Take a guided jeep safari to experience them in full. The architectural jewels of the island are concentrated around Paphos; a coastal town where ongoing archaeological digs are still uncovering remnants of ancient lives in the form of ruined Roman buildings and in particular their ornate mosaic floors. You will also find a medieval castle keeping watch over the harbour, and a magnificent underground burial site. The coastal promenade of Finikoudes Beach is Larnaca’s morning and evening gathering point, where locals and visitors come to stroll, or to sample one of the many restaurants and cafés.

Areas of Cyprus
Cyprus welcomes you with sun-soaked beaches, vibrant nightlife, and a wealth of historical treasures. Discover the island’s unique split: explore Nicosia, the world’s last divided capital, and soak in the laid-back charm of Limassol and beach fun of Ayia Napa. History enthusiasts will love the ancient tombs and Roman mosaics in Pafos, while food lovers can indulge in Cypriot specialities influenced by Greek, Turkish, and Middle Eastern cuisine. Whether it’s mountain adventures or seaside relaxation you seek, Cyprus has something for everyone.
