BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY WITH ROCS TRAVEL

Step 1: Choosing and Reserving Your Holiday

Browse our range of hotels, resorts, villas, and holiday packages to find the option that suits you best. We also offer personalised and bespoke travel packages tailored to your specific preferences and requirements.

You can confirm your selection:

  • In person at any of our offices in Floriana

  • By email at travel@rocsgrp.com

  • By completing the booking forms on our website

  • By WhatsApp or telephone: +356 7766 8833 or +356 2015 1515

Once we receive your request, we’ll issue a booking form for you to sign and return to us either in person or by email. Please note that all terms and conditions on this website apply.

Step 2: Checking Availability

 

We’ll let you know as soon as possible if your chosen accommodation or flights are available. If not, our experienced team will be happy to recommend alternative options.

Your booking will only be confirmed once a deposit has been paid. Deposits can be made in cash, by bank transfer, by payment link, or by cheque payable to Charichelon Company Limited (allowing time for bank clearance).

Step 3: Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is processed, a confirmation form will be prepared and sent to you by email, or you can choose to collect and sign it at our offices in Floriana.


Signing the booking confirmation is required to finalize your reservation.


Please review all details carefully, as you are responsible for ensuring that all names, travel dates, and services are correct before signing.

 

Step 4: Payment

Payments for holiday packages and hotel bookings can be made to our accounts department by bank transfer, by payment link, in cash, or by bank cheque.


Please note: if payment is not completed within 24 hours of receiving your provisional confirmation email, the booking will be automatically cancelled by our system without further notice.

For standard holiday packages, full payment must be made no later than 10 weeks prior to departure. For cruise bookings, full payment must be settled no later than 3 months before departure. You can check our terms & conditions here.

Step 5: Final Documents & Travel Information

Once full payment (or the required deposit) has cleared, your final travel documents — including e-tickets, hotel vouchers, and itineraries — will be available for collection from our offices or during the tour meeting.

When you receive your documents, please review all information carefully to ensure that your details, travel dates, and services are correct.

 

We will also provide useful information for your trip, such as check-in times, baggage allowances, contact numbers, transfer details (if applicable), and important travel advice.

If you need to make changes, cancel, or request special assistance, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll guide you through the available options and any related fees.
