DISCLAIMER Terms and Conditions for IATA Course Enrollment
1. General Information
By enrolling in the IATA Training Program provided by ROCS Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding course payment, cancellation, and refund policies. These terms apply to all students registering for the course.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Deposit Payment
•A deposit of 50% (€1,250) of the total course fee is required to secure your enrollment.
•The remaining 50% (€1,250) balance must be paid in full before the course start date.
2.2 Full Payment
•Students may opt to pay the full course fee of €2,500 at the time of enrollment.
•Full payment must be made before the course commencement.
3. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via:
•Bank transfer
•Credit/debit card
•Any other method approved by ROCS Group
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Student
•Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date: A refund will be issued, minus a 50% processing fee of the paid amount.
•Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date: No refund will be issued.
4.2 Cancellation by ROCS Group
•ROCS Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
•In such cases, students will be offered either a full refund or an option to transfer their enrollment to a future course.
5. Late Payments
•Failure to settle the balance before the course start date may result in delayed access to course materials or suspension from participation.
•ROCS Group reserves the right to withhold access to training until full payment is received.
6. Non-Refundable Payments
•Once the course has commenced, all payments are strictly non-refundable.
7. Certification
•Students must successfully complete the course and ensure full payment is made before receiving their official IATA certificate.
