As a Tour Manager, you’ll lead and inspire groups on international tours, share cultural and historical insights, and ensure smooth, safe, and memorable experiences. We’re looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic personality, fluent in Maltese and English (other languages are a plus!), with a true passion for travel and customer service.

The key responsibilities of this post include:

    As a Travel Tour Manager (the Service Provider), you will be entrusted with delivering seamless, enriching, and safe journeys for our clients. Your duties include:

    Tour Coordination and Planning
    • Organise itineraries in line with Company standards.
    • Ensure transportation, accommodation, and activities are efficiently arranged and meet quality requirements.

    Customer Service
    • Act as the primary point of contact for tour participants.
    • Provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and needs promptly.

    Tour Guidance
    • Lead groups during excursions, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
    • Share engaging historical, cultural, and local insights.

    Safety and Emergency Response
    • Prioritise participant safety at all times.
    • Respond effectively to emergencies, including first aid and adherence to safety protocols.

    Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate participant, expense, and incident records.
    • Submit timely reports and updates.

    Promotion of Company Services
    • Promote ROCS Group services and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

    Cultural Sensitivity
    • Respect and uphold local customs and traditions.

    Compliance with Policies
    • Adhere to all ROCS policies, including confidentiality, IT usage, and data protection.

    Training and Professional Development
    • Participate in Company training and remain updated on travel industry trends.

    Company Property and Equipment
    • Care for and return all Company-issued resources responsibly.

    Confidentiality & Data Protection
    • Handle all sensitive information securely and in compliance with regulations.

    Non-Compete & Ethical Conduct
    • Uphold professionalism, integrity, and abide by non-compete/non-disclosure provisions.

    Cooperation and Reporting
    • Collaborate with management, providing updates on tour operations and performance.
