ROCS are looking for a results-driven marketer who can lead the team, oversee all work being done, maintain brand consistency, and drive impactful marketing initiatives across multiple industries.

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment, can manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, and has a proven ability to deliver results across diverse sectors, including travel, retail, and investments.

You must also possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

    • Proven experience as a senior marketing professional with a track record of delivering successful campaigns.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate the design and marketing team.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing trends.
    • Excellent project management skills; able to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Wix is considered an asset.
    • Experience working across diverse industries and adapting strategies accordingly.
    • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and diverse environment.
    • Flexibility to work extended hours when required to meet project demands or campaign deadlines.

The key responsibilities of this post include:

    • Lead and oversee the design and marketing team, ensuring all campaigns, content, and projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
    • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Work with management in different divisions to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and targets.
    • Oversee all ongoing marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborate closely with the design team to create visually compelling and innovative marketing materials.
    • Ensure consistent branding and adherence to branding guidelines across all marketing works and campaigns.
    • Monitor performance metrics, analyse campaign results, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
    • Identify opportunities for new marketing channels, trends, and innovations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.
    • Mentor and inspire the team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
    • Achieve campaign targets, including lead generation, engagement, and sales goals.
    • Improve brand awareness and online presence across all channels.
    • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and in line with strategic objectives.
