We are seeking dynamic and creative Product Development Executives to join our Travel Division team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, with strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate ideas into innovative, competitive, and profitable travel products.

You must also possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- • Degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in travel product development, contracting, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills, with proven ability to deliver profitable products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Maltese and other languages considered an asset).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with travel booking systems or GDS is advantageous.
• A passion for travel, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
The key responsibilities of this post include:
- Research & Analysis
• Monitor global travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support product innovation and pricing strategies.
• Product Creation & Development
• Design, package, and price new travel products (group tours, tailor-made packages, and special promotions).
• Work closely with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and suppliers worldwide to negotiate competitive rates and value-added inclusions.
• Ensure all products align with ROCS Group’s quality, brand, and service standards.
Commercial Management
• Prepare costings, quotations, and profit margin analyses for proposed products.
• Support the sales and marketing teams with product briefs, USPs, and promotional content.
• Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments to maximize profitability.
Supplier & Partner Relations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international travel partners, tourism boards, and suppliers.
• Attend trade fairs, workshops, and networking events to explore new partnerships.
Customer Experience & Quality Assurance
• Ensure all developed products deliver exceptional value, customer satisfaction, and memorable experiences.
• Actively collect customer feedback post-travel and integrate insights into future product design.
