    We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident, clear speaking voice.
    • Professional appearance and attitude
    • Fluency in English (additional languages are considered an asset)
    • Basic IT literacy and familiarity with live-streaming environments
    • Team-oriented mindset with a flexible approach to work schedules
    • Ability to remain composed under pressure and deliver consistent performance
    • Previous experience in a similar role or within the gaming industry is preferred but not essential
    • Strong customer service skills and a passion for engaging with people

The key responsibilities of this post include:

    • Host and present live table games professionally and engagingly, in line with company procedures and gaming regulations.
    • Welcome players in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, maintaining a positive and upbeat presence throughout the session.
    • Clearly explain game rules and procedures to players, ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
    • Initiate games promptly within the scheduled time intervals.
    • Enforce all rules consistently, calling “game status” clearly and ensuring no further bets are placed thereafter.
    • Maintain a clean and organised gaming area at all times.
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and inspectors to uphold operational excellence.
    • Promptly report any technical issues or irregularities.
    • Provide clear handovers during shift changes and complete any additional tasks assigned by management as required.
