The Crew Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth operations in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) chain. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers, and upholding the restaurant’s quality and hygiene standards. Applicants must already be residing in Malta with a Maltese permit.

You must also possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
    • Previous experience in a QSR, fast food, or hospitality setting is a plus.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company policies.
    • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays

The key responsibilities of this post include:

    Customer Service
    • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
    • Provide friendly and efficient service at the counter and drive-thru.
    • Answer customer questions and ensure a positive dining experience.
    • Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

    Food Preparation & Handling
    • Prepare and assemble menu items according to the restaurant’s standards.
    • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines while handling ingredients.
    • Ensure timely preparation of orders to maintain speed of service.
    • Assist in cooking, grilling, frying, and assembling food items as required.

    Cleanliness & Hygiene
    • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
    • Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and sanitization.
    • Dispose of waste properly and ensure equipment is cleaned regularly.

    Cash Handling & Order Processing
    • Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for billing and order management.
    • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and refunds accurately.
    • Assist in packaging food items for takeout and delivery orders.

    Teamwork & Efficiency
    • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
    • Follow shift schedules and assist in opening/closing duties.
    • Support team members in rush hours to maintain quick service
