We are seeking a proactive and technically grounded Business Systems & Digital Projects Coordinator to oversee internal IT data systems and coordinate technology-related projects across the organisation. The role focuses on system oversight, optimisation, vendor coordination, and structured project delivery rather than day-to-day technical support.

You must also possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

    Required Qualifications & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Proven experience managing business IT systems and/or digital projects.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, document management, cloud platforms).
    • Experience working with and coordinating third-party IT providers.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

    Desirable Qualifications
    • Postgraduate qualification or professional certifications in IT, project management, or digital transformation.
    • Exposure to IT governance, security, or compliance frameworks.
    • Experience with system integrations and process automation initiatives.

    • Comfortable operating in a coordination and oversight role rather than hands-on technical support.

The key responsibilities of this post include:

    IT Systems Coordination
    • Oversee and coordinate internal IT systems, platforms, and data environments.
    • Maintain a clear understanding of all business-critical systems, integrations, and data flows.
    • Ensure systems are used efficiently, securely, and in line with internal policies and procedures.
    • Support data integrity, access controls, and system documentation.
    • Assist with internal audits, compliance activities, and system reviews when required.
    Project & Change Coordination
    • Manage and coordinate IT and digital transformation projects from planning through delivery.
    • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party IT providers or vendors.
    • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation of system changes.
    Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
    • Coordinate external IT service providers, software vendors, and consultants.
    • Translate business requirements into structured technical briefs.
    • Review vendor deliverables to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with expectations.
    Process Improvement & Digital Enablement
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through system optimisation and automation.
    • Support the evaluation and adoption of new digital and AI-enabled tools.
    • Contribute to the organisation’s digital roadmap and continuous-improvement initiatives.
