The Brand Manager shall be responsible for leading the strategic development, marketing, and commercial performance of the perfumes&more brand. The role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving retail and online sales, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring the brand maintains a strong market presence while delivering profitable growth.

The key responsibilities of this post include:
- Brand Strategy & Management
• Develop and implement the annual brand strategy and marketing plan for Perfumes & More.
• Strengthen the brand's market presence and ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional initiatives to drive growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer preferences, and industry developments.
Retail & Commercial Performance
• Work closely with Retail Management to drive sales, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Ensure visual merchandising and product displays reflect the brand image and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor staff product knowledge and ensure retail teams consistently deliver expert fragrance consultations.
• Support stores in achieving sales targets through ongoing coaching, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
Product & Supplier Management
• Coordinate new product launches and promotional activities.
• Liaise with suppliers and distributors regarding product availability, launches, and marketing support.
• Monitor stock performance and collaborate with Stores and Procurement to maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Analyse product performance and recommend improvements to the product portfolio.
Budget & Performance Management
• Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Monitor campaign expenditure and evaluate return on investment.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management report
