The Brand Manager shall be responsible for leading the strategic development, marketing, commercial performance, and brand positioning of INGLOT Cosmetics and INGLOT Studio within Malta. The role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving retail and salon revenue, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining full compliance with INGLOT's global brand standards.

The key responsibilities of this post include:
- Brand Strategy & Management
• Develop and implement the annual brand strategy and marketing plan for INGLOT Cosmetics and INGLOT Studio.
• Ensure all marketing, retail, and salon activities comply with INGLOT brand standards and guidelines.
• Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning across all customer touchpoints.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional initiatives to grow the brand.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, retail, and traditional channels.
• Manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, beauty events, masterclasses, and promotional activities.
• Oversee the brand's digital presence, including social media platforms, website content, online advertising, and influencer collaborations.
Retail & Studio Performance
• Work closely with Retail Management and Complex Managers to drive sales and profitability.
• Support retail stores and beauty studios in achieving sales and service targets.
• Monitor retail performance, treatment bookings, customer traffic, and conversion rates.
• Ensure visual merchandising, product displays, and studio presentation comply with brand standards.
Product & Service Management
• Coordinate new product launches and service introductions.
• Ensure product availability and collaborate with Stores and Procurement regarding stock planning.
• Monitor product performance and customer demand.
Budget & Supplier Management
• Manage the annual brand and marketing budget effectively.
• Liaise with advertising agencies, suppliers, influencers, media partners, and external service providers.
• Monitor marketing expenditure and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.
• Negotiate marketing opportunities and supplier agreements where appropriate.
