The Brand Manager shall be responsible for leading the strategic development, marketing, and commercial performance of the Dune London brand within Malta. The role is responsible for strengthening brand awareness, driving sales growth, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring full compliance with Dune London's global brand standards and guidelines.

The key responsibilities of this post include:
- Brand Strategy & Management
• Develop and implement the annual brand and marketing strategy in line with business objectives and Dune London brand standards.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all customer touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behaviour to support strategic decision-making.
Marketing & Campaign Management
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, in-store, PR, and traditional marketing channels.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and retail events.
• Manage the brand's digital presence, including social media platforms, website content, online advertising, and influencer collaborations.
Retail & Commercial Performance
• Work closely with Retail Management to support sales growth and achieve commercial objectives.
• Develop retail marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and store traffic.
• Support visual merchandising activities to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and product performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Customer Experience
• Ensure all marketing and retail activities enhance the overall customer journey and shopping experience.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support customer engagement programmes and promotional activities.
Budget & Supplier Management
• Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure effective utilisation of resources.
• Liaise with advertising agencies, media partners, suppliers, influencers, and external service providers.
• Negotiate with suppliers and agencies to achieve cost-effective marketing solutions.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Monitor campaign performance using relevant marketing and analytics tools.
• Analyse sales data, website traffic, customer engagement, and campaign results.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.
• Present recommendations to Management to improve brand visibility and commercial performance.
