Booking and Reservation Procedure with ROCS Travel


Step 1: Making a reservation for flights, accommodation or holiday packages

Choose your preferred hotels, resorts, villas, or travel / holiday packages from the provided selection by ROCS Travel; confirm such selection either in person at any of our offices in Floriana or by email on travel@rocsgrp.com or by completing the travel website booking forms.

A formal booking form will be issued which you will need to sign and return back to us either in person or by return email on travel@rocsgrp.com. All terms and conditions as listed on this website apply.

Step 2: Reply to your request

You will be informed about the availability of the requested hotel/resort/villa/flight within 24-48 hours. In case your requested accommodation/flight (s) are not available, our professional team will suggest you an alternative for your consideration. Final confirmation will only be issued once a deposit is paid either in cash, bank transfer or by cheque payable to Charichelon Company Limited following the necessary bank clearing time.

Step 3: Confirmation

We will email you the booking confirmation number / code of your requested hotel and / or flights which will include passengers' details, dates, rates, and any included services. You will be required to pay a deposit or to pay in full in advance, depending on payment deadlines / terms with our suppliers.

Step 4: Payment

For holiday packages and hotel bookings, you may pay directly to our accounting department by bank transfer or in cash or by bank cheque. If you fail to complete the payment within 48 hours after you have received the provisional confirmation email, your booking will automatically be canceled by our system without any other notice.

Step 5: Hotel / Flight Vouchers

Once we have received the payment information; we will then send you a "Hotel Voucher" & "Invoice" issued by ROCS Travel, which you can later show to the hotels/resorts/airlines or for your accounting purpose.
