ROCS Retail is growing and we are looking to hire Sales Assistants to join our kids around team, ranging from shoes and fashion accessories. We are looking for individuals who will embrace the challenge of retail sales and deliver excellent customer service every time. The selected individuals may also be required to work within our stores, assisting with ROCS Retail replenishments, online orders, and stock takes. Being organized, responsible, extremely customer service oriented, and wanting to work in some of the most prestigious locations on the island is the first step to joining our retail team!
You must also possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- •Excellent verbal communication skills in English
•Experience within a retail environment
•Be able to communicate professionally with a wide range of people in person, over the telephone, and via email.
•Have the confidence to sell and market products to customers.
•Be able to work as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative.
•Be able to work under pressure and reach sales targets.
•A good basic computer knowledge.
•Possess an affinity for perfumes, footwear, and/or fashion accessories.
The key reponsibilities of this post include:
- • promoting and taking care of sales and in so doing seeing to the needs and wishes of clients and prospective clients in the best possible manner and efficiently;
• providing a comprehensive service to clients and prospective clients including but not limited to making suggestions to them as to the most appropriate products in a professional manner after considering the circumstances of the particular client or prospective client;
• co-ordinating with the rest of the staff;
• assistance with promotions, special events and advertising;
• general administration as required
