The ROCS Group is looking for a Project Coordinator to join its teams. With various brands, divisions, and properties, the selected candidate will be assisting with the various major projects the company has in the pipeline, including the further expansion of our brands locally as well as abroad.

You must also possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

    • An educational and/or work experience in project management
    • Experience managing multiple projects
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to work under minimum supervision
    • Able to meet deadlines
    • Possess strong people and problem-solving skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Having a proactive approach in all aspects of the task hand / project

The key reponsibilities of this post include:

    • Promoting company growth and expansion
    • Create budget plans as per budgets available for each project and ensuring that all remains within budget
    • Obtaining and negotiating quotes from suppliers and service providers
    • Visiting project locations on a regular basis to ensure that all works are being carried out to the appropriate standard and on time
    • Carrying out risk assessments
    • Managing projects from inception through completion and actual handover.
