Insurance Sales Executives

We are seeking motivated, hard working individuals to support our professional team within the Insurance Division.

Reporting to the Insurance Manager, the selected individuals will be training directly with our team of financial advisors and sales executives. The successful candidates will be offered on the job training through an aggressive program providing an in-depth product knowledge and superior consulting techniques to become a successful Insurance Sales Executive.

Candidates having previous experience will be given preference whilst candidates having particular interest in insurance, including CII, tertiary degrees in business or related qualifications, MCAST graduates and University students in their final years of studies aiming for a career in insurance business will also be considered.

Remuneration shall be based on a monthly wage plus a performance related allowance linked to specific sales targets. The successful candidates must have an excellent verbal command of both the Maltese and English languages and have excellent communications skills.

A remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the chosen candidates.
